Thomas Richards

While in Law School, Thomas served as the Articles Editor for the Loyola Law Review. In addition, he was a member of the Moot Court Staff and participated on the International Commercial Arbitration Moot Court Team, which placed eighth in the world in a competition held in Vienna, Austria. Thomas graduated as a William S. Crowe Scholar in the top five percent of his class.

After graduating from law school, Thomas went to work for Gordon, Arata, McCollam, Duplantis & Eagan where his practice focused on commercial and oil and gas litigation. Since the forming of Creighton, Richards, & Higdon, LLC, Thomas has continued to practice oil & gas law while also concentrating on franchise law, commercial litigation, property law, employment law, and real estate law.

Thomas is married to Shawn and has one child.
